Used in the Mythic Creatures Calendar. A many headed water snake whose head would grow back again if it was lopped off. The Hydra was eventually slain by Hercules. This one is blue and gold with a spotted belly. We see it emerging onto the beach looking for trouble. |

This was a horror sample Part women and part snake, these three yellow yellow bodied women have cobra markings on their hoods with a blue and green celtic pattern on their backs. The tail curls into a red spiral. They intertwine and dance in a surrealistic background with an orange sky and checkered ground. |

The fan who commissioned this work wanted the recreation with a twist. He felt that the Lord of Atlantis on the card was protecting something and he wanted a painting that would elaborate on that. So the Lady of Atlantis was put in. |
