This is one of the four Monarchs in the Card Game Shadowfist. He's a little crazy... likes wearing a Pope's hat and robe. Seen here posing in said garb, as he creates a lighting flash to maximize the effect.

This garden is a place of optical illusions and impossibilities with an M C Escher feel. Among other things we see the top and bottom of the bridge, a hedge keeps going up and a branch disappears behind the mountain.
