How to estimate the basic cost of your black and white commission:
Elven Spellcaster	Please remember that ornate weapons, jewelry, clothing/armor or elaborate settings and backgrounds are the stuff that make commissions more time consuming and expensive. Every quote is negotiable. There are many options available to alter a piece to fit your budget. Time is the greatest factor in any commission. So the larger and more complex a piece is, the longer it will take to do and the more expensive it will be. I can do a very elaborate 8 x 10 inch piece with a full background and ornate tunic and jewelry; a 9 x 12 inch with no background but with the same tunic and less jewelry; a 14 x 18 inch with no background, a view from the waist up rather than a full figure and a simpler tunic design and simpler jewelry; a 16 x 20 inch figure with a very simple tunic design and no jewerly at all. There are more vairations than this of course but this should give you an idea of the cost.
