Early Magic originals are small (a requirement at the time). The image area is nominally 6 x 7 inches. Art is matted and framed only when noted.

Framed art is double matted. The top mat is black on black, (no white bevel), & measures 2 1/4 inches all around with a 3/16 inch inner liner to match the card's color. (Silver Erne has a blue liner, Halfdane has a gold liner and so forth). Framing can be done on all unframed art quoted separately. The framer Melissa uses is excellent and reasonable.

The frame itself is a simple half round black metal. The overall measurement of framed art is 11 x 12 1/2 inches. Originals are framed with acid free materials only. Conservation glass is used to help prevent the fading of dyes.
