Not too much colored pencil on this one. I'd say that about 98% of it is oil paint. I'm still loving this oil paper. Not having to prime it saves a lot of time.
I debated about putting a Celtic border around it but decided against it. Too thin and it would add nothing to it, too thick and it would take too much attention away from the subject.
